ITA received - Should I upload the language test result, or wait until they ask? Because there is no spot for: Language test

Upload it under education degree section itself along with other documents.

IELTS asked on ... (after they submit everything) ?

Cause they haven't uploaded language result with their Educational degree's.

As far as I understand, they're able to look up results using certificate code you provided in questionnaire. But to keep peace of mind you can upload it either under explanation letter or education section as other suggested.

because they are not EE candidates , they are from FSW last year

No were not I am this year's EE and I did not upload and so did many others
