ITA received !! should i decline ? or wait till this month end please help

my two years of canadian work exp completes only from this month end
however, the system considers as if i have 2 year of exp . should i wait till month end and apply or decline and wait till this month end ?

CRS points with two years of exp -472
CRS with 1 yr of exp - 459

Wait until you actually complete your 2 years of work experience to submit your eAPR, do not submit it before that.
