I got invited to apply PR under FSW program and my agency is helping me with collecting documents and submitting my applications.
One of the questions my agency asked me was if "I" or my parents were ever refused/rejected when applied for PR. As for me, this is my first time applying for PR so the answer is NO. But my dad's application was refused twice, one back in 1990s and another one sometime in 2005. My agency told me that I need to include this information on the submission even though I was not the main applicant.
Now, I tried to look for a question in the document list or forms that listed this question but I couldn't find any.
Has anyone come across this question while preparing documents and reviewing final checklist for PR submission?
Another question is that my agency s now asking for Notice of Assesmment. But i lost one of the NOA forms and have to re-order, which will take me about 10 days. Again, I couldn't see a question or checklist asking to submit NOAs. Have you guys seen any of this request anywhere?
Other than the document checklist, is there any "IMM - form" for Express Entry PR submission?
