Hello,

I will be completing 1 year precisely on August 8th 2018 in Canada but however I have received my ITA on June 24th in Canada Skilled Work category.
I am working as 40 hours per week full time job in Canada since last August 2017.
hence my question is - should i accept the ITA even though I am yet to complete 12 months as canada work experience.
if i accept the ITA , will it be an issue because i have submitted my profile with all correct information but CIC nominated me the ITA now i month prior to August.
please let me know the pros and cons in detail. what should i do in this situation?

You need to have 52 weeks of Canadian work experience when you submit your application. Doesn't matter if you are working 30 or 40 or 90 hours per week. You need 52 separate weeks. If you don't have that by the time you apply - deline.

Hi Scylla, another forum had asked about a similar query that he received the ITA today he is a CEC his one year is getting completed tomorrow however. So does he need to decline the ITA because his experience of 1 yr is not met at the ITA
Can he still go ahead considering he will complete his 1 yr experience tomorrow an perhaps submit his eAPR in another few days

My understanding is yes. But wait for Jes-TO to confirm.
