Hi,
I received an ITA on Jan 25th 2017 with 455 CRS score but this includes 12 points from Spouse English language ability tests. Moreover, My Spouse's IELTS expired on Jan 22, 2017 (2 years from the exam date) but I did not update my profile with this information before Jan 25th so I received an ITA (cut-off was 443).
Now, my wife has already appeared for re-exam in the first week of this month and expecting the results by Feb 28, 2017 or Mar 1, 2017. Is it fine to accept the invitation received on Jan 25th and provide the updated IELTS of spouse or will that be called out as misrepresentation of fact as I did not update my EE profile with the English score change.
My CRS without my wife's english scores would be (455-12= 443), also my Age increases by a year on April 28 of this year.
If I had updated that the IELTS was expired and removed.. I wouldn't got the ITA on Jan 25.. Please advise.. as am in great dilemma..
Thanks a lot for your patience reading and suggestion in advance.
