ITA Received; EE Profile Status- Divorced; But Divorce Certificate not received yet.

I received an ITA in the recent draw. I had marked my marital status as Divorced in the Express Entry profile, as the divorce had already been filed and i was expecting judgment by Jan of this year. But the divorced judgement might take another 8-10 weeks. So, I would not be able to upload my divorce certificate within 60 days. Should I decline my invitation and resubmit the profile later or is there any other option? What's the best course of action?
