I have very peculiar case. I got the ITA with 434 on March 01, 2017. In my express entry, since May 2013 I have provided my work experience as a senior software engineer/architect (2173). I am working with a US startup and I am one of the co-founders. My job duties and current role is software architect, reporting to our CEO.
As I am based in India so for smooth operation and compensating Indian staff (plus me), we created a pvt. ltd. here in India, with me one of the director.
Now for submitting my documents relevant to aforesaid exp. I am confused how should I submit:
a) As an employee/team mate, where-in I get a reference letter from our CEO. Highlighting duties and responsibilities of my role. Plus appointment letter etc.
b) As a self-employed person. (again, of whom - Indian entity or US startup; credibility wise US startup would be better).
I am rather confused and I know tad bit about case a) only. I have no information what are the documents and content of documents I need to submit for b). Furthermore, under what entity - Indian or US, shall I provide my full-time job.
Could someone give pertinent, steady and expert advice. If somebody have had similar situation in the past that would be greatly helpful.
