We just got an ITA and my wife´s due date is on the first week of August.
Should we go ahead and submit the application and have the medicals? or
Should we wait until our child is born and include the birth certificate in the application?

Which is the best option? what are the advantages and disadvantages of either?

Thanks

You 60 days till you submit a complete application. If you can wait after delivery, it's better. Thant way your wife can have the required xray and complete her medicals. That way you don't have to wait to add her xray and a new child after submission, takes time and delays your application.

Thanks, I will wait until my child is born then.
I did not include him in the EE profile before ITA. I suppose I should be Ok to increase my number of family members after ITA if I can prove he was born after ITA. Also, I am on CEC then the funds would not matter.
