ITA received Can I add spouse?

Hi guys

I have question for you I got OINP nomination last week I got ITA the today. I am getting married in Nov 2017 but I am thinking of doing court marriage now so that I can add her to my application I am from Canada now in India till 21 Jan 2017. Can I do this or no? I can't submit my application till I reach Canada as I need to submit medical and PCC.
Please advise

You can add spouse anytime during the PR application . You need medical ,PCC and additional funds for spouse.Submit your application and add spouse to current application.

Marriage after getting ITA and before pr application may raise a issue.Your Ontario score should not go below 400 if you are getting married before filing pr application.Please recalculate score as married.

suggest you delay your marriage till you submit your e-APR and get AOR.
Later during the process, When your app is processed and you get PPR, you can then marry and inform CIC that you are now married.

They will ask for your wife docs, additional fee and process the visa for your wife within 1-2 months.

Similar question, suppose if I get married and add my spouse after getting PPR, will it impact the combined points by any chance or will it not matter ? Can you tell me the timeline for all off this (6 - 8 months)? My fiancees PGWP is expiring in April 2017 and if we plan to go ahead as stated above, I am wondering will that be done in a 4 month time range ?
