ITA received but have a question !!

Hey Folks
I was at 483 points and received my ITA today. Need your advice on this one please - I am getting married soon and my points (with spouse) is 468.
He is currently at CLB 9 and is giving another CELPIP exam in Jan to increase his score to CLB 10.
My question is -
1. How much will CLB 9 to CLB 10 increase the score by ?
2. Also he has done his 1 year Postgraduation program in Toronto, so will that be added to our total score too ??

When is your marriage? If it is after 4 months, you can include her later

Hey Specterz, So I tried using the link to calculate the points, but it is not giving a clear picture of how much are the points changing.
I want to decide soon on to accept the invite or decline it depending on the impact the marriage will have on the points. His PGWP is expiring in April 2017

Submit your application before getting married. As soon as you get married, add your spouse to the current application.

My IELTS score will expire on January 25th 2017. Will I have to retake it if i take longer than that to submit all my files?

As per the invitation:

"You should also consider declining this invitation to apply if you no longer meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry.

WARNING: If you decide to apply in the above cases, your application may be refused and your application fee

will not be returned.

Some examples of changes which could result in a lower points score include:

• You no longer have a valid job offer

• You no longer have a provincial nomination

• Your language test scores have expired or upon re-taking them, the scores are lower."

Do you know the approx timeline for all of this ( 4 -6months)?? My fiancees PGWP is expiring in April, 2017 and I am wondering if we will have enough time in hand for all of this before his permit expires.
