I have received ITA and am yet to submit the online application. I stayed in USA for 5 years so I have applied for USA Police certificate and it takes 12-13 weeks. But I only have 25 more days left to submit my application (ITA Received).
Now I have two options, please help which way to go so that I don't waste my money:
1. Can I submit my application without submitting USA police certificate and send it separately after I receive it?
OR
2. Can I decline my invitation now. Gather all the documentation required and apply for the express entry again?
