Hey Guys,

So i have an approved LMIA and i have been sent an ITA and it showed that CEC criteria was met.

Upon completing the many forms i have come to the part where its asking which documents i need to upload.

Its asking me to upload my education to prove that i have completed seconday/post secondary education.

Now, with my LMIA and points i have 861 and so i dont want to spend the time and money getting my education assessed.

What is the best way around this? should i remove my education from my profile? or scan my GCSE UK documents onto my application and then put a note saying "i do not wish for my education to be assessed due to CEC eligibility?

Any help on this would be much appreciated, thanks!

Did you claim the points for your education by saying that the documents had been assessed? Then, you'd certainly need to attach them and have them assessed. Because if not, you would claim points for something you cannot provide and this would be misrepresentation, even if you had enough points one way or another. I do not have my education counted in my points, because I did not mark them as assessed, yet. Please, call CIC for advice.
