I'm filling out the details for application, but have doubt on some. please help.
- under personal details- "if you have any other name", should I put that i use my first and last name most of the time and all documents such as degree and employment use first and last name and not the middle name.
- for travel history, I came in 2014 and moved to different city. Should I put that the trip is still ongoing? And what should I put for city/town or region of visit? And also purpose? As I came on study visa and now on work permit.
- under personal details- family section, they asked if I have any relative who is citizen or permanent resident of Canada. What should I say in there as I'm confused if its only for immediate family members or any relatives. I have grandparents and uncle and aunt here in Canada who are permanent resident. Should I mention them?
-for address history, when I first landed in Canada I stayed for 7 days with my friends relatives and then moved to place near college. Should I mention that 7 days stay at different location under address history?
