Hi all,

I am in the process for applying for my PR , (Express entry, CEC). I am from the UK, and I acquired a police certificate from the UK for the IEC application, the issue date was May 2019. I then moved to Canada in July 2019 and only went back once for Christmas.
Now I am applying for PR and I am unsure whether I need to get a new police certificate from the UK because technically I was only in the UK for 2 months since the last police certificate was issued. Can anyone share some insight?
And also to double check that, I DO NOT require a police certificate for the two years in Canada right?

My next question is that when I am filling in my travel history, do I need to include the two years I spent in Canada on IEC? I am technically a resident and have paid taxes on both years.

Lastly, for my proof of funds, I have opened a bank account in Canada and have been paid and have savings in that account which have sufficient funds to meet the minimum requirement, do I need to also include my UK bank letter?

Thank you so much!
E

1.yes you need a new pcc
2.no it will be you address history
3.CEC does not need pof
Thanks, it did ask me to provide pof in the document section, maybe it's because I am applying with my partner?
With the new pcc, I will apply asap, but if it doesn't arrive in time, can I upload the old one (only missing two months ) and provide evidence that I have applied for a new one?
