ITA on April 19, 2017. Please help! Proof of funds from Uncle and NOC.

Hello everyone, I'm glad to be here. I have a few concerns about my application, please help.

1) For some funny reason, I didn't realize I needed funds in my account for 6 months. I thought i could receive donations after my ITA and present it as my proof of funds but i was wrong.

Can my Uncle transfer the required amount to me as a gift? Will it be accepted as most people use their parents not uncle. We don't even have the same Last Name. Please advice, I can't submit my application yet for fear of being rejected.

2) My current job is a partnership with a family member. I indicated in my application that my job title is 'creative director' not self employed. Is this okay? Also, i don't have a regular monthly salary, just intermittent profit sharing. How best can I present this?


3) I submitted 3 different unrelated NOCs (1123, 2175 & 0421) for my express entry profile because they are my real work experience. However, my present (primary) NOC - 0421 is the one i've been on for the longest (5 years). Is it okay to still use the 3 different NOCs? Should i take out the other 2? How will i explain the gap in time?

Here is my view
1. Funds from uncle may not work - how will you show a gift deed - the visa officer may consider it more like a loan - let the seniors confirm if a gift deed will pass here
2. If you are self-employed, you need to get experience letters from your clients to show what are the services provided to them and they need to match your NOC. Regarding the profit sharing, I think you can include a letter of explanation and show the relevant transactions in your account highlighting the same.
3. You have to show your experience for which you are claiming points under the primary NOC. Having other positions in other NOCs will not fetch you any points. I would say keep your primary NOC experience in the main work history section and move all other positions to your personal history especially since you say you have 5 years in the primary NOC. Regarding the gap, you can always explain it in the LOE and your personal history will also show this.
