I'm divorced and my daughter lives with ex-wife in other country. We do not contacting for years. Now EE request medical exam for that child which is not accessible. Can I do not upload medical exam for that child? I'm working and living in Canada.
Need a professional advise.

This is dicey - send a CSE (case specific enquiry) explaining the situation and asking for answers. Since you're in Canada, try calling CIC call centre as well.

Try contacting your ex because this is a critical piece of your process. CIC will likely hold firm on this requirement.

As a last resort, when you upload your documents, add a letter of explanation highlighting the lack of any contact information with your child and hope for the best.
