Ground Information:
Federal EE profile created: Nov 2017
Eligibility: under CEC class only, as I got Canadian job experience while I was a refugee claimant in Canada. (As soon as my claim rejected, I voluntarily left Canada. No overstaying.) Claimed NOC 6322. Later, I came to know, work experience gained while stay as refugee claimant is not acceptable. Not eligible for FSW as I secured only 5.5 in IELTS reading.
IRCC reviewed and determined I'm not eligible for EE at this time in July 2018.
PEI EOI submitted: Feb 2018
ITA issued: Sep 2018.
Federal NOC: 6322
As per PEI EE guide:
Your profile will remain active for a period of six months. You must ensure the information provided in your profile is accurate and verifiable. If your situation changes prior to being invited to apply, you may update your profile. If your situation changes after being invited to apply you must contact the Office with the new information; this may impact the ultimate decision on your file. You can find additional information on the EOI points grid in the Express Entry Application Guide:
My queries:
1. If I create a new EE profile under FSW (with improved IELTS score) claiming same NOC 6322, then the issued ITA would work or its only valid with previous EE profile? If works, how can I be able to edit my PEI profile?
2. Should I had to update to PEI immigration office before issuing ITA that, my Federal EE profile determined ineligible?
Thank you in advance for your prompt response with valued advice.
