If we arranged my marriage and my future husband took a a week vacation from his work abroad and we married legally in that week, then he returned back to his work. Is it enough for IRCC, if he updated our marriage status after ITA and before submitting the PR application?

If the marriage does not lower your CRS score below the cutoff in the round you got the ITA in, it's fine. Otherwise you should decline the ITA, or wait to get married until after you have submitted your application for PR.
