Hello,

One race is about to finish and now another about to begin.

I hope some one can help with this scenario

1. Expecting enough points to hope for ITA soon (PNP hopeful to get nomination in Dec 16) .
2. Express Entry profile expires in first week of January (say Jan 10 2017)
3. IELTS test expires in first week of Feb 2017 (Two years completion).New IELTS dates are not easily available
4. Living in a country where PCC takes around Three - Four months.

With your experience / knowledge ,what are the best options here to steer through this scenario

A few options I can think of

Option 01 : Accept the PNP nomination but wait for the profile to expire (Feb 17). get new IELTS by that time and then get ITA through new profile.

Option 02: Accept the PNP Nomination and try to get ITA before EE profile expires (Jan 17). Collect everything and send all docs ( may need to exclude PCC then) to CIC before IELTS expires in Feb 17. Get new IELTS and then request CIC with LOE for IELTS and PCC.

Option 03: Accept the PNP Nomination and try to get ITA and upload whatever is available before EE profile expiry (Jan 17). Collect everything and send all docs ( may need to exclude PCC then) to CIC before PROFILE expires in Jan 17. Get new IELTS and then request CIC with LOE for IELTS and PCC.

Please suggest what are the best options here. Thanks for help.

Retake IELTS asap, order your pcc now if you have 460+ points, get IELTS results back and create new ee profile. Done.

If you're expecting an ITA on Dec 16 your profile will not expire on Jan 10 unless: you fail to submit your eAPR within 90 days or you decline the invitation.

1 - If you submit your eAPR before your IELTS expires then the results will still be valid.
2 - Get your PCC asap

Cheers :)
