I am candidate with provincial nomination from Nova Scotia.
I have received Invitation to apply for pr on January. I was unable to submit my file on time because there was a delay getting my PCC from India. Unfortunately my ITA has expired on March 20th even though in my account it showed that there was one day left to submit my file. I was told to create a new express entry profile to be in the pool again.
Tried to create new express entry profile with exact details i had given in my old profile. But it say that my new profile is ineligible. Is it because i created this new profile on the same day i received the mail saying that my invitation has expired?
Should i wait before few days before i can start a new profile.
Can somebody help me?
