i updated my profile 20 mins ago before the latest draw which was 432 and my score is 442 but I haven't got an ITA. what could be the possible reason or is there any technical glitch in the system ?

Maybe you excluded yourself from the pool by updating your profile just prior to the draw.
It takes 24hrs to update a profile in cic account, in practice a candidate should have been in the pool for at least 24hrs before a draw takes a place.

Try to allow some more time otherwise you are not receiving one this draw.
