I have an ITA for CEC but I am not eligible yet because I don't have 1 year of Canadian work experience under my PGWP. I would get 1 year work experience on PGWP this coming May 2024. I am eligible for FSW (because it includes co-op work as Canadian work experience). My FSW score is higher compared to my CEC score.

- If I declined an invitation now and get another one for CEC in the next draw, will I be able to claim the 1-year Canadian work experience if I accepted the invitation on May (given that there's 60 days to accept/decline an ITA)?
- If I accepted the ITA in May, is it going to consider the lowest score based on that round even if it was 60 days ago?
- Does the 60 days include the time you submit all the documents?
- How many times can I decline an ITA? Will it affect my application if I'm ready to accept an ITA?
