ITA Express Entry question for new born baby?

Hi All,

I am trying to add my newborn baby to my express entry application. We have to submit everything within 2 days. When adder my baby there is a question under her personal detail.

Question: Are you a lawful Permanent Resident of the United States with a valid alien registration card (green card)? (required)

She is a US citizen and i am not sure what to say "YES" or "NO". I am providing her US birth certificate and US passport under documents.

Has anyone gone through this situation or know the answer what to chose? You help would be highly appreciated.

This is a question which was added a week to ten days ago for all applicants within the e-APR application. IMO best check with a U.S. legal professional.

There is a difference between a Citizen & Green Card holder, so technically the answer should be no. However, we don't know what CIC is trying to ascertain as this is a very recent development.
