ITA Employment Record upload

Dear all,

I currently received ITA and tried to finish the application online. I put all my Canadian working experience in the system. I have two working experience. the first one the company was closed so I am not able to get the reference letter. The second experience is more than one year. So I wanted to only use the second experience.

In the checklist, the system listed the submit section for my first experience which I will not count in experience. Do I need to upload an explaination letter or just do not upload anything?

Remove it from the work history section and add it to the personal history section.

You have to make sure though that this does not affect your CRS score, if you claimed points for this work experience then you must upload a reference letter or other documents to prove your employment.
