ITA -> CoPR

I received my ITA on Jan 25 '17. I still haven't submitted my e-APR. Just want to know that what are the chances of converting an ITA into CoPR. Also is the PR decision NOC agnostic.
I have almost a 10 year work-ex and I'm applying under NOC 0111. Does the NOC play any role in the final decision?

well i mean it all depends how well you submit your E-APR with no flaws if there are complications it will take longer but i guess no longer than 6 months in most cases . NOC doesn't play any role except that obviously they will verify if your job description matches your noc and everything

are you claiming points for it ? if yes then yes it might if you don't have anything to back up your claim .and if there is no strong Explanation from you .
