I got my ITA on 21st Aug and have to submit the documents in 6 days.Due to family emergency i couldn't start working the application till last week. Now that i filled all the details and generated the checklist have the below questions about uploading documents for few sections.
1) I am working for an Indian IT company for the past 10 years and worked in multiple locations (Mumbai, Banglore, USA, Banglore, Canada) on deputation with base branch as Bangalore. Since the locations are different I entered the work history separately for each location during initial profile creation and after ITA. Now i see the checklist generated requesting to upload 'employment records' for each work history (five) even though i work for the same company.
Please let me know how to proceed with this. I will have deputation letter for USA and Canada. But for Indian locations will have only pay stubs and compensation letters to show.
2) My wife is a doctor and worked in a local hospital in India for 1 year before marriage. Since i listed this in her employment history during initial profile creation and after ITA the checklist requests for her employment record. But we don't have the job offer and pay stubs for the period she worked. I didn't claim any points with her employment in ITA. Shall i remove the employment record and change to 'Homemaker' for that period ?
3) My wife has included my name in passport after marriage, hence i have mentioned in application about name change. Is it good enough to provide the marriage certificate while uploading the 'Legal Name Change Doc' section ? or Should i get something from notary ?
