ITA -CEC while PNP nomination in progress

I have received an ITA in CEC while my OINP application is still in progress and pending at the 'Decision in Progress' stage. I have not withdrawn my ONIP application

If ONIP approves the nomination but I don't accept the nomination certificate in express entry profile the ITA CEC will still be valid?

If ONIP approves the nomination then will I be able to accept the nomination certificate in express entry profile and receive ITA on the basis of PNP or do I need to decline ITA CEC first and then only I will be able to get ITA on the basis of PNP

It says that if you reveive an ITA then Ontario can't nominate your profile, so you'll either have to decline the ITA or withdraw your OINP application.
