ITA application Cancelled- Filed through lawyer

I filed the ITA application (Express Entry-FSW) through a law firm and the letter from IRCC states following reason for cancellation" Copy of passport/travel document not provided" The law firm said that it was a technical error on the website and hence this happened as the passport did not transmit. They said they are working to resolve the issue. It has been two months and I am loosing my patience. This may be my only chance as my scores have dropped as I had my birthday. Can someone please advice what I should do in this situation. Feeling very disappointed as I put so much effort and I never expected this to happen.

I don't know what your CRS is now but re-creating your profile so at least you're in the pool would be an approach to take while still waiting on IRCC's decision.

Agreed and you do not need an agent/lawyer to complete your profile or application. This entire forum is available to you if you need assistance. Sorry to hear about your experience.
