What is the IT job market like in these cities especially for PMs? I'm having trouble finding PM jobs on the usual job hunting sites such as indeed, adzuna, etc. are most jobs advertised online or do recruiters have a pool of contractors they contact for contract roles?

Companies want developers, they don't want PMs, BAs or testers.

PMs are a tough sale because there are A LOT of IT people who don't like to code already in the market.

Usually the positions go by a first round of social circles and then if no one is interested then they reach general public.
