I am asking for my husband as principal applicant-

If his profile is in EE pool, will any province nominate him or only with my occupation on demand list will nominate? Does he have to fulfill the job offer requirement according to provinces?

Which NOC should he choose 2171, 2172, 2173 or 2175?

Which NOC is common in all provinces list and do not require job offer?

He also have uncompleted 3 year MCA .
Does he need to do ECA for bachelors?
CRS around 281 (planned)

Any chance for nomination?
