I am Indian national and got my Manitoba PR card last year and planning to move Winnipeg in March/April 2015.
Currently I am working in Singapore as IT (Support consultant) from past 6 years. My wife was PR and I got PR after marriage.
1. Please guide me on basic requirements of getting job and finding job in Winnipeg.
2. Please suggest if I still have to take English language proficiency tests to apply for jobs or for continuing education.
