I'm applying under Spouse in Canada Class and I have a few questions in regards to my application, any sort of help would be highly appreciated!
In the form "EIMM5669/Schedule A-Background/Declaration", Q8, it asks if I've held any government positions. I've worked as an IT helpdesk employee at an Employee Insurance Company (Government Agency) in my home country (The Netherlands). Would this job be considered as a government position?
I'm also submitting the application for an Open Work Permit and I don't have any offer of employment. So would I fill in the section that asks for the "Details of my prospective employer" as N/A?
