It’s been 3wks since biometrics, still no update.

I applied for my mother’s super visa and it’s been 3 weeks and we still don’t have an update. No request for medical or anything. She’s been in Canada before with my father using the regular tourist visa (her visa is expiring on november). We’re really worried because 3 weeks had passed and no news. Anyone else experienced this?

Timeline:
September 14 -Received online app
September 16 -Request for biometrics
September 18 -Biometrics completed

Three weeks since biometrics means nothing unless you specify the current average processing time for people applying from her country.
