Issues with Passport submission to VFS

Hi everybody,

My parents received the PPR for their Supervisa application. We have been trying to follow the guidelines from VFS on Passport Submission. There is a 2-way courier service where we have to fill a webform and they will sent us a payment link and once that is completed we will get a airway number and someone from bluedart will contact us to pick the passport.

We have been having struggles in paying using the link from VFS. Once we enter the card details, it says ""OOPS there was an error". It just doesn't work and we only have 23 days left to submit the passport. We emailed VFS but they did not reply until now.

Please help.

Hi my parents paid the blue dart fees in VFS. While they went for their biometrics. Not sure about this link.

Hi Sometimes it throws an error, try clearing cache / cookies and pay. Also try a different browser. Once you have a successful payment screen, take a screen shot for proof as you may not receive payment successful email.

That sounds a lot better. I will submit a new web form as the other payment links were expired.
