Issues in uploading PDF documents in PR application, Help Plz

Hello guys,

Did anyone of you have any problems uploading PDF documents into their ePR application?

I have been trying all day and it keeps on telling me (Wrong file format) even though my files are small size PDFs

it accepts word files and jpg files as well. Any ideas?

Use Chrome browser and login via incognito mode or private browsing mode. All files will have to be PDFs except the digital photo.

Thanx Stanlee but it is the same issue even via incognito mode

I tried all browsers too, same issue.

Are you sure your files are less than 4mb or approx 3900kbs?

1st Solution: word- Clear all cache and cookies and any hosted data from your browser then try uploading.

2nd Solution: Try uploading your documents on outlook.com, open in online word and export them to PDF format.

3rd Solution: Raise a Support ticket within your CIC Profile. they may fix it for you.

Yes I am sure all files are within size limits

What size are the PDFs and have you logged in and out again? What version of Adobe?
