Hey all
I have issued my experience letter from my employer after resigning (while in the notice period) its not common for them to issue the letter while still in the notice period but they did as i explained to them that I need it urgently.
So my question is, now the letter says xxx is working with us under capacity of xxx so its is but when I apply and the tine comes for cic to check and if they called they will be informed that I have already left the company. Is that ok?.

Yes, it's ok if they say you have left the job. But they have to confirm that you were an employee during the period mentioned in the reference letter.

Thank you very much, ya the letter mentions my start date obviously they cant mention that my last day will be 15 feb but my letter was issued on 14th of jan and mentions that i am employed since 2015. This should do it right?.
Just a question and i know i am overthinking (i always do) what if God forbid an employer didnt cooperate well with the officer even though the letter was issued as you know most people dont really tell about their intentions to the company what is the case with that ( my case i informed them i am going to study (didnt bring up pr) and they said well we wish you good luck)

Hi @Canadavisa92, may I check in on this thread? How was the reference letter working out for you, did you get the PR by using the reference letter with no end date? I am currently in the same situation and your responses will be greatly appreciated and helpful!

Looking forward. Thanks so much!
