Issue with WES Masters evaluation

I was upgrading my WES ECA report with my masters from a USA university. I have a bachelor from an Indian university and have completed a successful WES evaluation back in 2017. Now, because of the recent WES rule change for degrees obtained in India, WES is asking me to resend the bachelors transcripts to them, which as u can imagine is a massive painful effort.
Any advice what can be done here? Create a new WES account and evaluate the Masters alone?

Evaluate the masters alone ..... That should be enough...

They won't let me evaluate masters alone with my current wes account, i have to upgrade my existing bachelors evaluation. I can create a new account and try, but don't know if they will track my old account down and ask me to upgrade the existing bachelors evaluation.
