Hi everyone! I just received my ITA on the 15th, and I'm in the process of collecting all my docs at this time. I have a year of experience as a Product Trainer at Apollo Health Street in Hyderabad. This was from Jan 2013 to Jan 214. Now I have my appointment letter, relieving letter, and pay stubs, but since they were acquired by Sutherland Global Services, they say they cannot provide me with a job description letter.
The consultancy I'm working with said I could get a sworn affidavit from one of my colleagues who worked with me during my time there, but I'm not in touch with any one of them, and the one person from that company I actually am in touch with is in Canada already and would be in no position to physically be present with me in front of a notary here in Hyd to sign the affidavit, even though he might be able to send me an email to the same effect.
How should I proceed in this case? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
