Guys,

I have a very specific query, related to Roles and Responsibilities

1. My Wife is the primary applicant and her company in which she had been employed is not ready to give the roles and responsibilities for the position she worked. They are not even ready to provide explanations through mails.

is there any other way to tackle this issue ? Experienced people please help.

This is really strange... how come the company she worked did not want to give roles and responsibilities? And what did you mean by roles and responsibilities?

I suppose you are wanting a reference letter and employer/HR is refusing to provide roles/responsibility on the letter. I had similar situation, but it was because some large companies have it their policy not to disclose on official letterhead. In my view, you may ask them for a plain letter indicating positions held and tenure and add a note stating they are unable to detail R/R and that it is not suggestive of any deficit in her duties. For CIC purpose, I provided them with this letter and send copies of performance appraisals which certainly should display job requirements with your performance history. It worked for my benefit as it gave them more than what they requested. Just sharing my experience how I went about fulfilling this requirement given the challenge.
