Issue regarding Student Visa Extension

I am an international student. I am having an issue at this moment and I really do not know who can help me with this problem.

My study permit was going to expire on 30th of May, 2016. So, I have applied for an extension for my study permit but the new permit that CIC provided, expires on 30th of July, 2016. Even if I finish my program within this period, I won't be able to grab my graduation certificate within that time. Thus, I will be unable to apply for post graduation work permit (PGWP). So, what should I do now?

1. Apply again.
2. You need only final transcript or PGWP letter from school, not graduation certificate, for PGWP application.
