What about this issue:
Foreign Work experience vs CRS points?
Months calculated in the system but less if calculated by days in real,
Example:
The EE system ask you only to put the months of the starting and the ending of your work experience.
For instance, starting work experience (with a contract) in April 2012 and ending in March 2015 (36 months) the system will count 3 years and will award you +25 extra points.
But in fact, you started in 21 April 2012 and ended in 6 March 2015 (exactly, 34 months and 15 days), so in fact little less than 3 years.
Should we applied or not, in this case? Will CIC ask you to justify for a full 3 years experience?
Logically we should and can apply, because we can support the starting and ending month, (and there is no "willful misreprenstation" in the information given.
I am not working right now ! That's my issue!
I am at 446, so if I get an ITA in the next draws. how to justify this "almost" 3 years work experience instead a full 3 years? :-\ :-\ :-\
Any experience or someone who has already applied in such case And has an answer?
