Hello everyone,

I recently received my Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) five days ago for my citizenship application. Since then, I’ve been trying to create an account and access my application status tracker portal using my unique client ID and application ID. However, every time I attempt to log in, I receive an error message saying that I’ve entered invalid information.

I’ve carefully verified both my client ID and application ID multiple times, and I’m certain that I’ve entered them correctly. Despite this, I’m unable to proceed and am consistently met with the same error.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance for your help!
