Israeli PCC for Express Entry PR application

Hi There,

Israeli PCC will not be handed to the applicant as they will send directly to Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv, On the CIC website website it states:

Your police certificate will not be handed out directly to you; it will be directly released either to the Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv or an Israeli embassy abroad upon request. The criminal record which may be handed out by the police directly to you is NOT acceptable.

Now How do we know that Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv will send the PCC to CIC? What do we upload in this case to CIC website as we are not given the Israeli PCC in hand?

You upload confirmation letter that you take from Police office that state Criminal record has been requested and sent to Canadian Embassy.

I am actually applying from the Israel consulate in Bangalore. They will only give a receipt that I have applied.
Is that enough for upload? Also they have asked for the address to mail to, Which Address should I give?
