Islamabad police character certificate time required and fees??

i got my Police character certificate in 1 day.It has no fee
u need
1. Police character certificate form
2. Affidavit of 20 rupees in which u will mention 4 points regarding ur citizenship and ur desired country of travel and that u r not involved in any criminal and political activity and this affidavit must be attested by oath commisioner
3. attach 2 photographs,Passport copy,ID card copy
4.after that u will fill the PCC form and get attested by 17 scale officer and then MUHARIR in police station and then SHO and then DSP
5.then go to security branch of SP Office submit complete documents there and u'll get PCC

what are those 4 points can u list them here word for word because i am going to get my PC on Monday. My younger bro told me that it would take atleast two weeks that's why i am in a hurry to apply for it on monday ....
