Is your job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?

Hi everyone,

I am currently working in Canada and have a post-graduation work permit (open work permit). As I am creating my Express entry profile I see this question 'Is ......'s job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?"
There is no employer named on my work permit because it is open. Should I answer Yes or No to this question?

The next question asks "Has ..... been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?) " - please guide me on what to answer for this question as well. I have been working full-time for over 1 year for the same employer, but obviously, no employer is mentioned on my open work permit.

Thanks in advance!

Ansew no to both questions. You don't qualify for job offer points if you are on a PGWP unless your employer obtains an approved LMIA.
