Hello guys!!
Sorry for bothering.....I'm trying to find the answer for my question and still no luck.
The thing is that in April, 2015 I applied for extension of my staying in Canada and they sent me the visitor record which is valid till May, 2016.
This summer me and my husband flew to my country to see my parents. And in July we returned back to Canada.
How do you think is this visitor record still valid or it's been canceled as I left the territory?
And does it mean that I have to extend my staying again after regular 6 months?
Btw my visa is multiple and is valid till April, 2016

Ill be extremely appreciated for any of your piece of advice

Why do you have a visitor record if you already have a visa? Kind of confused on that point, is it because you can only stay 6 months at a time on your current visa?

A VR is still valid if they let you back into the country. It doesn't guarantee entry, but if you don't have any reason for the CBSA to be suspicious it shouldn't be a problem.

They sent me visitor record letter to guarantee my staying here till may,2016 because according to general rules I have to extend it every 6 months.
But I don't see any information in this letter if I can leave the country and then be back here without further extension again.
There is only one short notice *** this does not allow re-entry****
But I suppose that means that this particular document does not allow me to enter Canada again in case if I don't have valid visa.

Once you leave Canada, your current visitor record becomes void. You would have to get a new visitor record when you re-enter Canada. The extension does not mean you can use it to re-enter Canda because you return before the extension expired. Doesnt work that way. The extension is for you to remain in Canada without leaving Canada longer than 6 month.

Since you didnt get an official visitor record when you re-entered Canada, your visitor status is good for 6 months after you entered Canada. Your extension is void. If you need to apply for an extension, you have to reapply again before your new 6 month visitor status ends.

Thank you so much for your answer.
Yes, we will definitely apply for extension as we did first time.
And I guess again they will send me to pass medical examination ;)

You only need to redo your medical exam if it has been more than 1 year since your exam. You cannot land in Canada with an expired exam result.
