Is Transferwise borderless account accepted?

Dear friends,

So I'm working as a freelancer internationally and have been saving my funds in a borderless account at Transferwise.
After getting married to my fiance and adding myself to her application, we are likely to be asked to provide additional proof of fund.

• My first question is if anyone knows whether Transferwise has been an accepted financial institution in the eyes of CIC? Does anyone know or have experiences about similar services like Transferwise as proof of funds?
  
  
• Second question: Since Transferwise could provide signed and stamped account ownership letter with account details together with a detailed statement of account transactions, would those combined be sufficient as proof of funds?
