I was wondering if someone can guide us for the application.
Age: 39 (approaching 40)
Education: double bachelor (Chemistry + Maths)
Experience: 15+ years
Experience in Software Development and Management
Married

My question is can this person apply using NOC 2174?

Is that person currently or in past 36 months worked in Canada for an year under that code, then he is eligible for PR under CEC, if not he is not eligible.

Aah not he hasnt worked in Canada but worked outside canada. Do you think there is any other category in which he can apply? (either immigration/work permit/regional work visa)
