Is this ok IELTS score?

I'm absolutely new to this and I went for an IELTS test: Reading: 7, Speaking: 7.5, Listening: 7, Writing: 6.5
I have over 8 years of experience in Programming (IT) and have a bachelor's degree. Will someone be kind enough to let me know if I'm eligible and % of chance I have to immigrate to Canada.

I want to apply under FSW and I have no job offer from Canada. I already work online in 2 companies and do not need a job in Canada.

That's a decent IELTS score and would make you qualify to apply.

On your chances of getting the ITA, it solely depends on your final score, once you complete your online profile. All the best!

You can look through CIC's website regarding how to apply and what you need to provide - there is a checklist you can follow and you can do it by yourself.
