Is this normal waiting time

hello all I submitted on QBC investment program since years and my update status as below which I checked through website on line services :

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on February 4, 2014.
We started processing your application on April 8, 2014.

My application at Ankara Turkey immigration office.

My question is this normal to stay about two years to wait only medical applications or something wrong.

The overall processing time for these applications is around 4 years. So it's not surprising you haven't heard anything yet. Unfortunately there's really not much you can do but wait.

Thanks a lot about your useful update but last question:-

Do you meant it take four years from interview date or process date ? because I already spent more than five years from first step and about two and have years from passed interview.
